At LMJ Interiors, our design style is centered around versatility and personalization. We specialize in crafting spaces that reflect each client’s unique taste and vision. Whether you’re drawn to Transitional/Modern, timeless traditional, light and airy, or moody, we have the expertise to bring your ideal style to life. Our approach focuses on listening to your desires, understanding your lifestyle, and tailoring every element to create a cohesive, beautiful space that feels distinctly yours.
The timeline for a project with LMJ Interiors varies depending on the scope of the project and your response time. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the initial consultation.
Design Services: Design Fees are due upfront in order for us to begin your project.
Full service: We require product invoices to be paid upfront before we begin ordering your items. Unpaid purchases such as accessories, hourly styling, and professional installers will be billed after install day.
Staging Walk Through: Payment is required 24 hours before the scheduled walk through.
Vacant Staging: We require a nonrefundable 50% to hold your staging date and 50% due upon completion of your project. You will then receive an invoice every 45 days until the home is sold.
The typical process is:
Room Design clients: Our time together ends here as we email a Spec Sheet with all of the details to order on your own at this point. We offer 14 calendar days of support once the final design and shopping links are delivered.
Full Service clients: We will send an invoice for all items that need to be purchased and begin ordering once that invoice is paid. All items are shipped to your home as if you ordered on your own. You can store in your garage or place them to begin using. Once all items have arrived, we will schedule your install and have a reveal day! You will receive a final invoice with the hourly charges for installation/styling.
For e-Design, Designer Reviews, and Staging Walk Throughs, we can generally schedule your initial consultation within 1-3 weeks of receiving your inquiry.
For Room Design and Full Service Design Services, we will contact you to schedule your consultation as soon as possible. Please reach out ASAP so we can get you on the wait list!
