An Occupied Staging Walkthrough is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself and give the best first impressions to potential buyers!

What's included:

• Up to 2 hour comprehensive consultation 
• Detailed staging report including an Open House checklist and Closet Organization checklist
• Links to specific items can be added on for an additional $125

This staging service includes adding furniture, accessories, and decor to your vacant property.

What's included:

• We will schedule a time to walk through your property, take pictures, and come up with a design for the home
• Single day install of furniture, accessories, and decor of the key areas of your home (Family room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Primary Suite, and the hallways in between)
